Hello World! Opening Thoughts From a Geeky Content Developer

Hi, I'm Cindy, a curious crafter of creative content.

I've been creating training materials for my colleagues and customers since I was in college. I have IT helpdesk, operations, systems and network administration, and network management consulting experience.

I was the end customer. Now I'm the technical voice of vendors.

What is this blog?

This blog will, hopefully, include some of the lessons I have learned, tricks and tips for getting around roadblocks, and ways to make your job easier to perform if you are going into technical training as a content developer, instructional designer, or curriculum developer. It will probably meander around to organizational issues, technologies like networking and cybersecurity, and the occasional post on impostor syndrome.
